Do You Know Where Your Email's Going?

Email Deliverability Due to the processes that ISP's are invoking to reduce the amount of SPAM you're probably getting more than half of your email blocked (unless you're using a Tier 1 provider).  We can run a test on your email to see what the actual deliverability truly is if interested.  One of our clients had a deliverability of 9% meaning that only 9% of their email was getting the chance to go into the SPAM folder or the INBOX.

There are multiple steps (road blocks) that must be overcome to get the maximum level of deliverability to your customer's INBOX.  Every two or three months the ISP's try different things to get rid of the uncontrollable amount of SPAM.  What worked last quarter may not work with quarter.  It's even hard for our dedicated Relationship Marketing staff to stay up with the new rules and guidelines.

Why is it harder than it used to be to get an email through to someone?  The amount of email going around the Internet has increased more and more each year.  The amount of SPAM is increasing at alarming rates.  How much SPAM is there?  For every three messages you get in your SPAM folder/INBOX there were ninety three that were blocked before they even got to you.  ISP's have to spend a lot of money on disk space just to hold the SPAM.  That's the main reason ISP's are implementing processes to delete all the messages that look like SPAM.  The unfortunate part is that it's an electronic process so unfortunately companies that have the right to send to someone may get their email deleted just because of how they're sending the email or because of what the email contains.  It's not fair but the ISP's have to get rid of it in order to maintain their pricing structure.

We have dedicated staff that work with email on a daily basis.  We use a Tier 1 provider and due to the amount of emails we send each month we're able to provide that Tier 1 service at a greatly reduced rate.  If you're curious just contact us and we'll see what percentage of your customers are actually receiving your email.
